Christine Cook of Elmira; his grandchildren, Connor John Cook, Jackie Pelino, Benjamin Scott Cook, Aisha Berraho, John Michael, Lori Cook of Elmira, NY and Kendal Lyn; his great grandchild Jackson Cook; his siblings, Mimi Simpson (Ron) of Elmira, NY and Jeremiah "Mugga"; his sister-in-law Sandy Cook of Horseheads, NY; and his pet Yogi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
