With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne M. Casey (Elmira, New York), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 4, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Burns and Anne Burns (Sullivan); and her siblings, John Burns, Mary Ellen Rose and Christine Popieniuck.
She is survived by: her husband Brian D. Casey; her children, Kerri Davis (Christopher) of Elmira, Colleen Ellis (James) of Unadilla, NY, Joanne Rose (Jonah Katz) of Morgantown, WV and Sean Casey (Aimie Boothe) of Mooresville, NC; her sister Kathryn Drummond (Gordon) of Lansdale, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Kevin Casey (Kathleen Campbell) of Port St and Lori Douglas of Leominster, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
