He is survived by: his wife Karen Kingsbury (Forsyth); his sons, Jimmy Kingsbury Jr. (Cassandra) and Todd Kingsbury (Nicole); his grandchildren, Leahanna, Tiffany, Heavenly, Natalie, Amelia, Hunter, Chayce and Seth; his great grandchildren, Landynn and Maddie; his siblings, Rudy, Ernie, Mike Kingsbury, Nancy, Helen, Judy, Reba and Lois; and his mother-in-law Nancy Forsyth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
