With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette L. Plummer of Elmira, New York, born in Sanford, Florida, who passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lowery and Eurlee Lowery (Davis); her husband Albert Plummer Jr.; and her sons, Russell and Albert Plummer.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Plummer and Aubrey Plummer; her stepdaughters, Arlene Ferguson (Belden), Darlene Plummer, Evelyn Plummer, Kathleen Heyward (Larry), Sharon Plummer and Melissa Howe; her grandchildren, Eulisa, Jammie, Raylin, Donte and Ayana; and her great grandchild Nevaeh. She is also survived by many brothers and 1 sister, many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
