It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ransom Biggs of Elmira, New York, who passed away on November 25, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ransom Biggs and Betty Dwyer Biggs; and his brother David Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Vickery Biggs; his daughter Paula Biggs of Elmira; his granddaughter Brittany Shields (Adam); his children, Michael Biggs of Elmira and Isabelle Biggs; his stepdaughter Hannah Osborne; his siblings, Margy Biggs of Elmira, Wendy Leahy (John Amara) and John; his sister-in-law Nancy Biggs of Brunswick, ME; his great grandchild Lily Shields; his niece Katie Biggs; and his nephews, Ben, Will and Matt Leahy.
