He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Parker and Ethel Larkin Parker; and his sister Charlotte Parker. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer L. Parker; his son-in-law Donald Stark of Poughkeepsie, NY; his grandchildren, Maryclare, Zeno and Fredi Parker-Stark; his son Joshua P.; his daughter-in-law Michele Parker of Horseheads; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Haylee and Olivia Parker; his children, Lucas and Zoey; and his siblings, Vern Parker (Nancy), Thomas Parker (Judy), Julie Garrison and Stephanie Lund (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Family and friends are invited to call at McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water St., Elmira, on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 4:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m. Covid-19 protocol will be followed at the funeral home with face masks and social distancing required.
