It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Heverly Jr. (Elmira, New York), who passed away on September 8, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Heverly, Sr. and Phyllis Hryskanich; his stepfather William Hryskanich; his son James "Jay" Heverly; his stepbrother Terry Hryskanich; and his brother-in-law William Toney.
He is survived by: his spouse Mary L. Dolan; his daughter Jennifer Taft of Pine City; his son-in-law Todd Taft of Pine City; his son Joe Heverly of Elmira; his daughters-in-law, Karen Heverly of Elmira and Jamie Heverly of Horseheads; his former wife Mary Manly of Elmira; his grandchildren, Zachary (Steph), James, Ian, Jere and Jack; and his great grandchild Blake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, a lot of great friends.
