He was predeceased by: his brothers, Danny and Ronnie. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, James, Jr. (Tara), Cathleen (Jason Rice) and Christopher (Heather); his grandchildren, Stephen Storch (Briana), Lilly Rice, Hannah, Elizabeth, Olivia Daugherty, Jeffery and Zachary Daugherty; his great grandchild Cayde James Storch of Elmira; and his siblings, Willard Daugherty II (Barb), Ralph Daugherty (Debbie) and Elizabeth "Jean" Derr of Odessa, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
