He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Dominikoski and Martha Dominikoski (Jankowski); his wife Rosanne Dominikoski (Dandrea); and his brothers, William and Donald.

He is survived by: his children, Mark (Brenda), Kathy, Debra and Jay; his grandchildren, Ashley (Cory), Shawn (Becky), Erik and Jason; his great grandchild Mila; his close friend Dorothy; his siblings-in-law, Diane Dominikoski and Arthur VanGerpen; and his close friends, Ruth, John Jasiczek, Stas, Nettie Wisniewski, Bill, Suzie Harter and Kevin Crane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
