He is survived by: his wife Shelley; his children, Jack Jr. Westbrook (Cindy) of Hilton, NY, Kimberly Westbrook Dildine (Shannon) of Sayre, PA, Andrew Westbrook (Karly) of Big Flats, NY and Jesse Westbrook (Rebecca) of Durham, NC.; and his grandchildren, Talia, Molly, Kevin (Jack) and Elijah (Andrew).
