We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2023, at the age of 79, Jack L. Rutter of Elmira, New York, born in Cassville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rutter and Margaret Rutter (Lyter); and his siblings, Goldie, Betty, Ann, Violet, Mary, Clarence, McCullen, Robert, Tommy and Elmer.

He is survived by: his wife Annette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
