She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Prince and Helen Prince (Kovacs); her husband Albert Clark; her son Paul Clark; and her sister Virginia Butler.
She is survived by: her sister Audrey Horton; her children, Helen Vincent, Alan Clark (Susan), Patricia Miller (Keith) and Starlene Diotalevi; her grandchildren, Mark Vincent, Julie Purtell (Richard), Kenneth Merritt (Annie), Kristen Merritt (Matthew Edger), Joshua Miller, Lisa Diotalevi, Steven Diotalevi (Jessica), Tony DeCamilla (Erin), Lori Clark (Dan) and Sam McDannald; and her caregiver Sylvia Fontanilla. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Helen can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
