Harold K. Watts Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold K. Watts (Elmira, New York), who passed away on October 23, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Winifred Watts (Gardner); his parents, Kenneth Watts and Genevieve Watts; and his sister Jeanne Cheeseman (Watts). He is survived by: his children, Michael Watts (Vicki Rachel), Mark Watts, Barbara Miller (Timothy Miller) and Charlene Watts; his grandchildren, Anthony Popkin (Thia Popkin), Lottie Mae Watts, Nathan Watts and Gemma Decker; his great grandchildren, Ezrah Popkin and Uriah Popkin; and his brother Robert Watts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
