Watts-Decker; his stepdaughter Christine Watts-Wright (Jack Wright) of Horseheads; his siblings, Rose Foster (Michael), Henry Decker (Ellen), Roxanne Corey of Elmira, Tracey Wheaton (Daniel) of Elmira and William Decker (Bernadine); and his brothers-in-law, Michael J. Welickovitch (Bernadine) and Kevin M. Welickovitch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
