With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald N. Strong Jr. (Elmira, New York), who passed away on September 11, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald N. Strong, and Mildred Strong, Sr. (Towner); his son Michael; his siblings, Jack, Rick and Carol; and his close friends, Chuck Ellis and Jim VanHouten.
He is survived by: his wife Sherrill Strong (Hutchings); his children, Yvonne, Tina and Daniel; his godson David; his siblings, Susan, Jim and Joe; and his siblings-in-law, Craig and Kim. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
