She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Miranda and Lucila Miranda (Gonzalez); and her children, Ana Liza Acosta, Nelson and Victor Acosta.
She is survived by: her former spouse Clemente Acosta; her sons, Luis Acosta (Veronica) of Orono, MN and Dr. Edwin Acosta (Bonnie) of Elmira, NY; her grandchildren, Taylor Loftus (Matthew), Taryn Lentz (Patrick), Dax Acosta (LeeJee), Ashley Acosta, Evin Acosta and Schuyler Acosta (Mikey Vega); and her great grandchildren, Olivia and Wells Acosta.
