She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Davies and Elpha Davies (Collum); her husband Robert E. Blanchard; and her grandchildren, Shirley Ann Mattison and Robert Mattison, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Blanchard of Florida, Barb Mattison (Robert) of Pine City, NY, Robin Andrews of Elmira, NY and Tammy Little (Charles) of Elmira, NY.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
