He is survived by: his parents, Lawrence Palmer and Nellie Grinnell Palmer; his son Joel Palmer (Tammy) of Mosherville, PA; his grandchildren, Neah Balatqek (Richard) and Micah Palmer; his brother Drexell Palmer; and also, Mary Lou Kelley, Connie Boyles (Dick) and Donnie Duart (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
