He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Mitchell and Helen Mitchell. He is survived by: his siblings, Michele Mitchell (Donald Cina) of Elmira, NY, Donna Roote (Cecil) of Elmira, NY and Donald Hatch (Donna Austin) of Erin, NY; his nephew Allen Roote (Bobbi) of Horseheads, NY; his niece Cheryl Harrington (Kal) of Cape Coral; his great-niece Kaitlyn Roote; and his great-nephews, Matthew, Aaron Harrington and McKenzie McCann (Michele). He is also survived by his family and friends.
