He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Chicago and Natalie Renko Jr. The Chicago; his wife Janet Case Renko; his grandson Benjamin Renko; his children, Julie Renko-Shanks, Steven, Susan Renko-Woods (Charles), David (Julie), Carolyn (Bruce) and Thomas (Kim); and his great grandchild Marilyn Zinn.
