He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arturo Alvarado and Rosa Atilano of Durango; and his father Teodoro Flores of Albuquerque, NM. He is survived by: his wife María Cristina Flores; his children, Juan Flores (Roberta) of Ashland, MA, Francisco "Cisco" Flores Jr. of Elmira, NY, Carlos Flores (Kristina) of Austin, TX and Sonya Flores (Abraham Agosto) of Elmira, NY; his grandchildren, Anthony Agosto, Michael Taylor, MariArelis Flores, Enrique Flores, Aleida Agosto, Colin Flores, Michaela Flores and Sean Flores; his mother Esperanza Stein; his stepfather John Stein of Elmira, NY; and his sisters, Blanca Siuda (John), María and Carmen Mase (Joseph). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the McInerny Funeral Home (502 W Water St, Elmira, NY 14905). A memorial service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1200 Walnut St, Elmira, NY 14905).
