He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Ella (Travis). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Deery (Bacon); his children, Jeff Deery (Kate Foss) and Jennifer Johnston (Brian); his grandsons, Ian and Elliot Johnston; his siblings, Cheryl Michalko (Walter), Debbie Beschler (Scott), Darlene Stephenson (Warren), Ellen Bacon, Ann Brooks Bacon and Bill Bacon; and his close friend Frankie Cicora. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (224 Franklin St, Elmira, NY 14904). A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
