With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eleanor S. Genung of Elmira, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter A. Parda and Harriett D. Parda (McGilley); her husband Charles R. Genung; her son Charles E. Genung; her grandson Lance G. Warren; her sister Barbara J.; her brother-in-law Joseph Murphy; and her close friend William Whiteman.
She is survived by: her son Gregory W.; her daughter-in-law Laura Warren of Southwest Ranches, FL; her granddaughter Gina M. Warren (Gage T. Korianski); her nieces and nephews, Kelly Jo and Bryan Sambrook; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Meghan B. and Brenna M. Sambrook; her niece Eleanor; her sister-in-law Mary Lienhard; her former husband Frederick T. Warren; her close friends, Debbie Allington, Jonathan Coats, Teuta Hoxha and Ellie Smith (family: Sandy Wolf, Kathy Agan Labato); her caregivers, Lisa, Cheryl, Andrea and Chelsea; her cousin Pam Marshall; her pets, Moochie, Sunshine and Midnight; and also Robbie Lienhard.
