It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor (Gromes) Bertelsen White of Elmira, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Gromes and Gertrude Gromes (VanLuven); her sons, David and Joe; and her husbands, Arthur Bertelsen and Jack White.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Sandy Bertelsen), Nancy Bertelsen, Kathy (Larry Rhode) and Doug Bertelsen. She is also survived by several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren and extended family.
