She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry F. Splann and Josephine Hope Splann; her sister-in-law Suzanne Riley Splann; her uncle Wayne Hope; and her aunt Mary Therese Mizzoni.
She is survived by: her siblings, Henry F. Splann of Elmira, Martin T. (Lorraine Splann) and Carol; her brother-in-law John Brand of Katy, TX; her uncle Thomas; her aunt Marcia Hope of Canton, OH; her niece Sheila Splann; and her nephews, Henry, John, Martin and Patrick Splann.
Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, services for Elaine will be held at a later date.
