She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Strait and Arlene Strait (Eastman); her husband Donald; her children, Daniel and Diane; and her siblings, Jane Strait Randall, Donna Elmquist, Cathy Kwasnik and Raymond Strait.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Mason of Nanuet, NY and Donald Mason (Rose) of Roseville, CA; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Strait, Robert Mason and Francis Mason (Deborah). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
