Baldwin; his children, Toni Lesh (Vern), Brian Strom (Melissa), Amber Facey (Chester), Freddie Garcia (Anna), Josephina Padilla (Adrian), LaNeta Padilla and Rosemary Delgado (Robert); and his sisters, Barbara Austin (Joe), Becky Holt (Dale) and Vicky Chapman (David). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
