He is survived by: his children, Anne Spencer (Mike Robinson) of Elmira, NY and Jason Spencer of Elmira, NY; his friend Priscilla "Pritzy" Spencer; his siblings, Linda Frisbie (Frank), Francis Walker (Karen) and Bonnie; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Andrea, Noah, Zachary, Autumn and Cooper; his great grandchildren, Noeanna, Ryan and Kathleen; and his close friends, Larry Gerow, Lynn Sweet, Steve Frey, Skip Andrews and Gary Lankas (Carolyn). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
