He is survived by: his mother Ina Marie Mills (VanCise) of Sayre, PA; and his siblings, Linda Osman of Elmira, Donna Baker (Robert) of Horseheads, Nancy Tyler of Beloit, WI, Sally Coleman (Terry) of Anderson, SC and Leonard Mills (Julie) of Endicott, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.
