He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Richard Parsons and Sherry Parsons (Shanks); and his son Nicholas Parsons. He is survived by: his sons, Jared Parsons (Cheyanne Brown) of Towanda, PA and Travis Parsons of Oxford, MS; and his brother Scott Parsons (Kathy) of Millerton, PA. He is also survived by his family and friends.
