She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Fischer and Margaret Fischer (Zaback); her husband Edward J. Hughes; her son John E. Hughes; her siblings, Elizabeth (Jim Arndt), Margaret Bennett, Robert Fischer and Richard (Millie Fischer); and her son-in-law Steven Wasielewski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth A. Dayne of Elmira and Jean Marie Hughes of Elmira; her grandchildren, Shawn and Randy Applin; her daughter Susan E. Frazee (Kenneth) of Horseheads; her grandchildren, Adam Frazee (Angie) and Sarah Sauers (Jason); her daughters, Patricia A. Corcoran (Thomas) of Elmira and Mary Ellen Wasielewski; her grandchildren, Ryan, Peter and Jared; her daughter Margaret A. Morseman (Lynn) of Elmira; her grandchildren, Chelsea Dartt (Nick), Edward Hughes (Linda), Karen Wheadon (Jeremy) and Kathy Hughes; her daughter-in-law Grace Hughes; her siblings-in-law, Emory Bennett of Rochester and Mary Kennedy of Horseheads; and her friend Ronald Gonzales. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
