We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2021, Dolores Lee Phillips (Elmira, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nataline Phillips (Santucci) and David T. Phillips; her brothers, Duane and David; and her niece Anna.

She is survived by: her siblings, Rose Wojtyna (Joe), Eleanor, Daniel (Pamela), Ted (Patty), Mike (Dorothy) and Tom (Lisa). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
