With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores J. Shelhamer (Elmira, New York), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cornelius Quinn and Renee Quinn (DeBeauclair); her sister Patricia McCooey (Everett); her husband Donald Shelhamer; her children, Stephen Shelhamer of Thonotosassa, FL, Cindy Dodge (Wade) of Andover, NY, Monica Hopkins (Daniel) of Hudson, FL, Geri VanDusen (Clayton) of Tioga, PA and Jason Shelhamer (Leslie) of Horseheads; and her grandchildren, Stephen Shelhamer, Jessica Shelhamer, Jamie Shelhamer, Dakota Shelhamer, Andrianna Shelhamer, Kimberly Charlton, George Wright, Nicole Dodge, Nathan Dodge, Jerrame Hopkins, Patricia Hopkins, Danielle Hopkins, Amanda Hopkins, Tara Saxbury, Kevin Saxbury, Amber VanDusen, Kyle VanDusen, Eric Shelhamer and Grace Shelhamer.
