It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Waters (Elmira, New York), who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hall and Bertha Freelove Hall; her siblings, Richard, Marjorie and Robert; her daughter-in-law Theresa; and her great grandchildren, Alexis and Victoria.
She is survived by: her sons, James Waters and Mark Waters (Joy); her grandchildren, James III, Bethany, Elizabeth, Steven (Janis), Christopher, Benjamin (Julee) and Timothy; her sister Beverly Balint; and her sisters-in-law, Joanne Hall and Diane Hall. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
