It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra J. Brown of Elmira, New York, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav and Lesley; and her husband Chester. She is survived by: her children, Josh (AmberKyria), Eunice, Michelle and Rachel (Carter); her grandchildren, Kattelyn (Chris), Zipporah and King; her great grandchild KJ; and her pet Zoey.

Donations to help facilitate and run various food pantries in her local area.
