She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Martin, Marguerite Evenden Phelan and Louise Stanton of Horseheads, NY.; her parents, Martin Phelan and Gail Phelan; and her siblings, Tammy Golden of Elmira Heights, NY and Martin Phelan (Gena) of Schertz, TX.. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
