We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2022, at the age of 62, David O. Turner of Elmira, New York, born in Corning, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Otto Turner; his siblings, William Turner and Charlene Rumsey; and his stepbrother Bruce Pipe. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Pipe (Ralph) of Painted Post; and his brother Eugene Ellis of Cape Coral, FL. He is also survived by five step siblings; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
