He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Cavanaugh Morgan. He is survived by: his father James P. Morgan; his children, Molly Morgan and Kevin Morgan (Medina); his fiancée Marci Garbett; his fiancée's son Brock; his siblings, Mary Beth Conwell (Marty) and Patrick Morgan (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Maggie Conwell, Katie Muldoon (Mike), Morgan Conwell (Erica), Ellis and Kira Morgan.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (224 Franklin St, Elmira, NY 14904).

Those wishing may remember Dan with a donation to either the American Cancer Society, 1120 Goodman St., S, Rochester NY 14620, Falck Cancer Center, 600 Roe Avenue, Elmira NY 14905, or a cancer center of your choice.
