He is survived by: his parents, Dale Sr. Hoffman and Charlinda Hoffman (Phillips); his wife Lucretia Hoffman (Kilburne); his children, Katelyn Hoffman, Bradley Hoffman and Kylar Kilburne; his grandson Connor Kilburne; his grandparents, Lois Miller and Charles Phillips; and his stepgrandmother Carol. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
