She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Lewis and Gertrude Lewis (Qualey); her husband William L. Buckholtz; her daughters, Cindy and Colleen; her brothers, Ross "June" Lewis, Jr., Gerald (Gladys Lewis) and Robert "Bucky" (Rosemary Lewis); and her brother-in-law Eugene Buckholtz (Ann Madison).
She is survived by: her son Scott Buckholtz; her daughter-in-law Stacie Armstrong of Horseheads, NY; her daughter Gail; her son-in-law Michael Hamblin of Jackson, GA; her grandchildren, Jessica Buckholtz, Jamie Scanlan, Benjamin, Amanda Hamblin, Katelyn and Collin Armstrong; her great grandchildren, Debron Lee, Charlee and Andy Scanlan; and her sister-in-law Betty Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
