It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Franklin Loucks (Elmira, New York), who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Loucks and Elizabeth Ann Loucks (Woods); his former wife Joyce Horton (Loucks); and his son Aubrey Loucks. He is survived by: his siblings, Warren Loucks (Lois) and Marcia Fitzgerald; his children, Charles Loucks (Cheryl), Scott Loucks, Anthony Duncan (Keith), Kim, Babette, Glenda (Denise) and Ursula Loucks; his grandchildren, Torcassa, Jennifer, Quentin, Kelan, Samiah, Jaquan, Cherelle, James and Charles IV; and his niece Bovan Williams. He is also survived by other great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
