He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stepp and Judith Stepp. He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Stepp and Cheryl Locke; his sisters, Lisa Stepp and Christine Reed; his nephews, Jacob Brewer and John Brewer, Jr.; and his niece Louise Brewer. He is also survived by two great nephews; & two great nieces.
