He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Buckholtz and Ethel Buckholtz. He is survived by: his aunts, Margaret Fisher and Dolores M. Thomas; his uncle Ed Thomas; and his cousins, Carline Race, Steven Codner and Bill Thomas.
He worked in the insurance industry most of his adult life and up until the time he was diagnosed with Lewy Body Parkinson's disease.
