It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Biddle (Elmira, New York), who passed away on July 8, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Charles "Chucky" Jr.; and his siblings, Robert Biddle and Mary Ellen Bradshaw. He is survived by: his wife Lugene Strong Biddle; his children, Tiffany Burns (Steve Barton), Devon, Zoe, Brody, Zayden, Randy Biddle, Alyssa and Adriana; his stepson Calvin; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Braylynn, Brielle, Clementine and Taylor; his siblings, Barbara Stermer and Darwin Biddle (Sue); and his son-in-law Kyle Burns. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
