It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Y. Saunders of Elmira, New York, born in Troy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tischer and Wilma Tischer. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Ackley (Saunders), Jesse Saunders and Justine Saunders; and her sisters, LaVonne Spencer Mary Ann (Tischer) and Donna Tischer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and brothers-in-law.
