He was predeceased by: his mother Martie Brooks Clark (Gary Ratchford) of Elmira; his grandparents, Bud and Charlotte Brooks; and his uncle Sonny Brooks. He is survived by: his father Michael E. Clark, Sr.; his brother Michael Clark, Jr.; his nieces and nephews, Alexis of Erin and Alex Clark of Erin; his grandmother Marlene Peterson of Pine City; and his aunts and uncles, Milton Jr. (Wendy Brooks), Kenneth (Allison Brooks), Daniel (Laura Brooks), Joanne Brooks of Denver, CO and Eddie DeMattio of Lynn, MA..
