She is survived by: her husband Nelson Smith; her daughters, Lisa Hartsock (Rick) and Susan Bilger; her grandchildren, Dustin, Zachary, Kylie, Summer, Candace and Charity; her great grandchildren, Camden, Andrew and Landon; her brother-in-law Carl Berry; and her children, Heather, Pam, Cheryl and Kim. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
