She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorance Austin and Mabel Austin (Starkey); her son Wesley Hibbard; and her grandson Michael Neily. She is survived by: her children, Tina Hazen (Michael), Helena Hibbard (Daniel) and Joseph Hibbard; her daughter-in-law Annie Hibbard; and her grandchildren, Thomas Neily, Sarah Starbuck, Nina Swartout (David), Kristen Tuminello (Adam), Jacob Hibbard (Carrie) and Jana Hibbard.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Journey Center (116 Breesport Rd, Horseheads, NY 14845).
