She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Russell and Mary Russell (Hathaway); her husband John Richard Maher of Cecilia's Church; her children, Mary Elizabeth Maher and Ted Maher Sr.; her daughter-in-law Sharon Maher; her grandson Daniel Maher; her siblings, Shirley A. Nellis, Connie Reamer, Barbara Hefferon, Roy Russell (Kate) and Jack Russell; her nephew Donald Bishop; her brother Jim; her sister-in-law Diane Maher; and her son Sean (Cindy Maher).
She is survived by: her son Peter Maher of Elmira, NY; her son-in-law John Jr. (Kathleen Maher); her grandchildren, Andrew, Kathryn Maher, Daniel Talvi (Amanda) of Breesport, NY, Michael, Christian, Jackson and Jolean Cain (Maher); her great grandchildren, Lauren and Morgan; and her grandson Ted Maher Jr. (Sarah). She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
