He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper and Irene Harper; his sisters, Shirley Wood and Beverly Gotham; and his former wife Linda M. Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Precit-Harper; his children, Carl Harper Jr. (Lisa J.), Beverly Bellows (Terry), Mike Harper (Karen), Debbie Rohde, Dan Harper, Michelle Hubbard (Stacey) and Lisa M. Harper; his niece Rorie Gotham; and his nephews, Randy Gotham, Greg Gotham and Gary Gotham. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
